Minimal Chic

Hey guys!! We are excited to share these simplistic, classy, no fuss polished looks – man that was a mouth full lol, but you guys know we’re big on adjectives. These are looks that we’d wear to school if we were to have a presentation, a casual day at work, or if we need to be business casual but still want to look youthful and fashionable. As you guys have seen from our must have fall shoes post thigh highs are a must in everyone’s wardrobe. Just like this outfit, it completely ties the look together and is the focal point. We love clean, minimalist looks, so this basic cream blouse is a great base to work with and such a staple. Pairing this black jacket completes the look (along with keeping us warm). Unfortunately, the temperatures have been dropping so you will be seeing styled coats and jackets for the next little while. Like we’ve said before dress pants have become a regular for us, paring them with knits tones down the look a couple of notches from being too professional or dressy for day to day wear. Cropped sweaters are some of our current favourites, you can pair them with so many things (skirts, high waisted denim, shorts and tights etc.!). This grey jacket is perfect to tie in the cooler toned colour palette and something a little different from basic black – integrating our type of colour lol.
