Winter Wardrobe

Hey everyone! First off Happy New Year! This is our first time posting since Christmas which is crazy?! Things have been so busy, during the break we completely disconnected from everything and did absolutely nothing – which is exactly what we wanted to be doing lol. Along with that, schools started back up again and we are in our final semester of University…it’s pretty surreal!!! Not to mention it has been FREEZING out which has permitted us from shooting. We have so many looks and pieces we want to share so fingers crossed we come across some mild temps soon! Currently it is -16 outside so we’ve been hibernating (is that even legal?). Now that you guys are all caught up on what’s been going on in our lives back to what’s important, our outfits! Camel coats are something that is just a staple for us – especially wool because they’re cute but still provide warmth. You can do so much with them, sometimes people may limit certain pieces in their wardrobes to specific looks when in reality you can mix and match them with virtually anything (even a hoodie and track pants – such a look!). Thin turtlenecks will never not be an essential in our wardrobe but especially winter fashion, we need them in every colour! This mustard yellow/ aged gold and hunter green are the perfect way to incorporate a pop of colour that’s still a neutral. Keep an eye out because these colours are super popular this season and will continue to be in the next couple months. As for bottoms you can never go wrong with a nice pair of jeans. To elevate the look pairing a pair of plaid pants is the perfect alternative to denim, they add some dimension and colour to the look. We are loving adding accessories – specifically necklaces to tie together the whole look. And would you expect any less from us – we showed up to school both wearing the exact same one lol. Black shoes are just a given, low heeled booties or flats are perfect for everyday wear. We hope you guys enjoyed this post!
