Pretty in Pink

Hey everyone!! We are back with another outfit post with you guys! We feel like it’s been a minute since we’ve last been on here! We just finished reading week which means back to reality for us! it’s so crazy to think that in a few short weeks we will no longer be students!!! We can’t believe it! We have so many outfits we want to share with you – living in Canada is so hard for us shoot with such cold weather. We’re hoping it warms up a bit in the next few days/weeks! These looks we loved so much! With February being the month of love, it only made sense to wear these colours. We actually wore these outfits on Valentine’s day! lighter colours, cream, and light denim are perfect to wear this time of year. Bright jackets and sweaters feel nice fresh and bright while still staying warm. So many stores right now are releasing pre-spring pieces that have bright refreshing colours on realistic weather appropriate clothing. Wool and plaid skirts have been a staple for a while now, we love how they have transitioned through every season. We fell in love with this plaid colour combo – it’s essentially every girl’s dream lol. Pairing a solid knit sweater adds some texture to the look along with dressing it down. These two pieces together balance out really well making this a super wearable look for everyone! Flesh coloured tights are literally our best friend – it gives the illusion of bare legs, keeps you warm, as well as blurred smooth legs – who doesn’t love that?! White booties are a go to and bring a different element to the look as opposed to black. This pink teddy coat is everything!!! It is the perfect piece and makes such a statement. This jacket is definitely the focal point of the look. The cream thinner sweater and light denim are the perfect pair for this outfit. It’s a pretty yet settle way to allow the jacket to speak for itself. Snake skin is a favourite print at the moment and these shoes are a great way to integrate some print into your look without going overboard! If you are nervous or reluctant to wear prints, adding it in small ways like that is the best way to start feeling more comfortable with them! We hope you guys enjoyed this post!
