Game of Tones

Hey everyone! We know we say we are excited for every post – so this post we are super excited lol. We have literally had these looks on the backburner since August and just couldn’t wait to share them with you guys. If you haven’t noticed already, we are big on puns and playing around with words, so we just had to name this post that, even though we don’t personally connect with that show (are we the only ones?! Lol). All tone on tone outfits are our absolute favourite. These neutral camel warm toned colours are everything to us. We’ve really been into wearing dress pants casually during the day. Both of these dress pants are perfect because they have the potential to be dressed up or down – such a great staple piece to own. Also, not to mention, dress pants are so comfortable!! Textured wool and soft tops are a great way to tone down the dress pants by incorporating a more relaxed vibe on the top. This darker camel ribbed t shirt from Zara is so soft, it’s the perfect piece you can wear with literally anything – also inexpensive. They come in a bunch of different colours and they’re great to either dress up or down a look – depending on what you’re feeling for the day. These thinner soft sweaters are the best because you can pair them with jackets as the weathers cooling down and not overheat while layering with is always a bonus. Also, just throwing on a cardigan or jacket is the perfect way to complete the look. This wool jacket is going to be a staple, it’s worth the money and can be worn and paired with so many things. Lastly throwing on a conductor hat never hurt anyone lol, just an easy accessory to throw on without any work. This day we were at school so flats it was, when are they not – really?!
