Festive Street Style

Hey everyone! We are back!!! We’re so happy to be back writing blog posts for everyone – it’s been a hectic couple of weeks for us but now school is over for first semester and we can breathe/ live again lol! One of our biggest struggles is balancing both school and the holidays simultaneously (when we all know Christmas wants to take precedence). A couple of weeks ago we went to the Toronto Jingle Ball – it’s something we like to do every year if we can. It’s always an excuse to dress up with festive looks and spend an afternoon in the city. We have a lot of winter and holiday looks coming up for you guys and thought this is the perfect start because anyone can recreate this with similar items you already own! A darker black/ grey toned outfit is the perfect complement to a coloured jacket. When dressing up for the holidays – red lipstick is a must – it instantly turns any look into a festive one lol! A huge trend right now and something we have always loved is leather bottoms and pieces. Leather leggings have been a staple for as long we can remember but patient leather is a new trend we are loving. That piece in itself makes the outfit. Pairing a solid top like we did – either a darker grey turtleneck or black blouse helps elevate the look without overdoing it. Obviously wool coats are a must, the light grey sticks with the colour pallet but adding a pop of camel brings in some nice warm tones. We just live for booties during the winter- these sparkly ones are perfect for the holiday season and of course classic black is a staple. Scroll down for more links and pics!
